Lionel Messi yesterday won the Ballon d’Or, in one of the most iconic ceremonies in memory of France Football, the French magazine that organizes the individual award. Lionel Messi won his eighth Ballon d’Or, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo’s five by 3.
During the ceremony, Lionel Messi gave a speech in which he touched on many topics. One of his most viral phrases is this: “I don’t want to forget Haaland, Kylian, who had an incredible year on an individual and collective level.
